A Cosmic calibration
to your own Authentic frequency
Lodestar Sessions: an online group Guide session
A cosmic calibration.
The word lode comes from the Middle English for path, or road. The lodestar is the star you keep your eye on, the fixed point you navigate by, sailing the open sea.
In times of chaos, what do you navigate by?
The chatter of the world around you? The news? Do you let your attention get pulled in whatever direction the loudest message is coming from?
Without a lodestar, you might. You might find yourself hijacked by the headlines or by whatever's happening on social media. You might find yourself being pulled in directions that aren't even your own.
The world right now is noisy, and it feels like it's losing its way. It is easy to lose track of what matters to you, too.
I don't know if you've tried to stop yourself from being pulled in a hundred directions, or to use willpower to keep yourself calm in the middle of it. I don't think willpower is enough. If it were, we'd all be using it.
What actually works
In my years of working with clients, as the world has grown more chaotic, I've found one thing that works consistently:
Finding the authentic heart path of each individual person. Teaching them how to feel it, over and over again. Clearing whatever's standing in the way of them staying in it. Teaching them to navigate their life by it.
This develops an inner compass that becomes unshakeable.
The world might still feel chaotic. But with this inner connection, the chaos doesn't overwhelm — it simply becomes a challenge you meet. Like being on a sturdy ship when a little storm rolls in. (If you're in a dinghy, on the other hand — look out.)
The Lodestar Sessions
The Lodestar Sessions are a monthly check-in. A way to re-calibrate to your own frequency. A way to bring the things getting in the way of your own path — the annoyances, the stresses, the worries about your own life and about the world — and put them down for two hours.
You bring your questions. I do two things:
I flow the energy of your own unique frequency back to you — quite strongly — so that you can feel it, return to it, remember how it feels.
I answer the questions people bring, about the things creating resistance to hearing and trusting the inner path.
The answering happens through the guides — the part of you that isn't an individual I, as they describe themselves. I've been in dialogue with them for over a decade, after twelve years of apprenticeship in a serious energetic tradition. You don't need to believe anything to be in the room. You just need to be willing to listen.
You leave re-calibrated to your own being. You leave remembering your Heart Path — your own authentic frequency — and carrying your own lodestar for the weeks ahead.
Who these sessions are for
You are thoughtful. You are tired of spiritual content that talks down to you, and equally tired of self-help that treats you like a project to optimise. You are interested in the energetic dimension of being alive but allergic to the language that usually surrounds it. You want something that doesn't require you to leave your brain at the door.
You might be in your thirties or your sixties. You might be in a career you built carefully and are starting to feel ready to leave, a marriage that is working fine, or a body that is changing. You might be someone who used to feel clearer — who had access to something, once, that has gone quiet. You might be new to all this. You might not be new at all.
The common thread is simple. You are ready to hear yourself again.
How it works
Single session — $50. Join one Lodestar Session. Includes lifetime access to that session's recording.
Annual membership — $500. Twelve sessions a year. Full access to the vault — every Lodestar Session recorded during your membership, available whenever you want to return to one.
Either works. The annual saves the cost of two sessions and gives you the library. The single lets you try the room before you commit.
Sessions are held monthly on Zoom. Recordings are sent within an hour of each session ending. You can submit a question in advance if you want one answered, or come with nothing. Submission doesn't guarantee a response — the guides choose.
What past participants say
“Calibration is so much the word for how that felt. Thank you. The words were perfect and felt like a scaffolding holding our focus, while the energy moved through the rest of our being and into deeper unknowns.
Anyway, you know what it's like. I'll be back again for sure. And I loved the trust you spoke with.
Plus, my whole day flowed so sweetly!”
— Rosie
“I also meant to tell you that the last calibration I attended (in November) was amazing. Not sure if you remember from [course], but I'm the kind of person who usually only experiences a small twitch, and then after I wonder if I imagined even that. But that day on zoom, I was feeling waves of energy come through my back before you even mentioned that might be how we experience the Guide's energy. And even if I didn't experience that, all the wisdom shared, landed really deeply. It all resonated with me, very much. I was so grateful to have taken part, and I'm looking forward to this one!”
— Andrea
“Thank you so much for sharing and for being willing to be vulnerable, seen and a channel for all of us! I love being in these sessions and am grateful for the reassurance from the guides!”
— Jeralyn
“It was awesome. I felt the energy flowing very strongly especially before my mom called and texted partway through. I had a hard time tuning in after the interruption, but I have been applying the "what if" to lots of things and so far it's been very helpful. I didn't bring a question but I didn't need to, I got plenty out of it.”
— Ally
“Thank you so much for today!! It was equally amazing as last time! I had more moments of feeling the energy, so unexpected for me (and thanks for remembering how my energy works and why this feels different for me). I was definitely one of the people who thought “how?” in their minds today, god that made me laugh. Needless to say, my question was answered and everything felt like a perfectly timed reminder and nudge. Thank you so much again!”

“Thank you. Words are hard to describe these things.
The most brilliant thing. You/they felt so attuned to all the nuance. You edited my 'question' beautifully (thank you), it felt somehow affirming hearing it read back to me. I didn't cringe at my own words at all!
As you were speaking the response, I had tears rolling down my cheeks. There were a couple of moments (literally I think just two) where it felt like what you were saying wasn't quite relevant to me and I felt myself disengaging, and then, all of a sudden, you'd stop, take a moment and come back with something that was really resonant and it brought me right back in. Woah, that was very cool.
And then there was the time, I don't remember what you were talking about.. oh, maybe to do with the potential pains of trying to follow a set path to get from a to b, and you were looking for a word and asked "Is consistency the word". And I just wanted to yell "yes yes yes!". It's a big word for me, which I've had a good time with over the last couple of years. Until I fell off the wagon. I did a little 12-month self-led apprenticeship with the sun, because I wanted to learn about consistency.
I felt like you/they were having a conversation with me, but without the effort of me having to articulate words to respond, and yet, it didn't feel one-sided.
I do feel a shifting in my energy and a more present awareness of my resistance. I don't really feel the energy flowing strongly when you've asked us that in the calls, I feel it like a gentle little buzz. And, after I had left the call last week, I was at work, aware that the rest of you were still in there, I did at one point get a sudden flood of energy come through, which was fun.”

IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE SO SCARY.
You are not adrift.
Your heart has been pointing the way the whole time.
You just haven't been able to hear it over everything else.
We were made for times like these.
